Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

What happens once an order is placed?

You should expect an order confirmation email once you have placed an order. This will be followed by updates once the order is processed, packaged and finally sent out. A parcel tracking number will be provided to you.

I have not received a order confirmation email. What do I do?

Please check your Spam or Junk Email folder. Our system automatically sends out an email to your stated email address on the order.

Do I get the product shown in the product listing?

Yes, we make every effort to ensure you get what is shown in the photographs.

Just be aware that there will be times such as evening, weekends and public holidays when our photographs may not be in sync with what you buy. Here is why: Suppose there are 2 covers in stock of the same product, if one sells during the above times then we would update the photograph on our return to work. Now if the 2nd cover sells during this time, before we get a chance to update the photographs , naturally you will get the same product but with a different cover number. This typically happens during holiday periods.

Do we offer a Click & Collect Service?

We do not currently offer a click and collect service.

Can I pay by Cash, Cheques or Bank Transfer?

We only take online payments through our safe and secure payment gateways such as Paypal and Stripe. This also safeguards your money, trackability and provides protection.

Do we offer a pay cash on collection service?

We only accept secure on-line payments via Paypal or Stripe. Our stocks are also held in a secure storage so a Cash on Collection Service option is not offered.

Are our prices inclusive of VAT?

As we are not a VAT registered company, VAT is not applied to any of our prices.

Do we buy coin cover collections?

Yes. We would be delighted to appraise your first day coin covers collection and provide you a free valuation. Contact us: [email protected] More details here.

Not happy with the item. What do I do?

We strive hard to ensure that the products are described accurately, orders processed swiftly, packaged well and sent out in a timely manner.

If this has not met your satisfaction, contact us so that we can help resolve the matter. Just email us [email protected].

Do we offer combined postage?

Our system is designed to take into account the size and weight of your multiple products in the basket. This is done automatically and any postage costs will be shown up front. 

What are our hours of support?

We take pride in providing you a swift response, usually within 24 hours during work days. Should your query arrive at weekends or national holiday periods, we will respond on our return back to work.

How can I Return an item?

If you are not fully satisfied with your item please contact us stating the issue, preferably assisted with photos.  We will be more than happy to assist you to resolve your concerns.

When do orders get sent out?

All orders received before 10am weekdays are sent out the same day. Any orders that arrive past thsi time will be sent out the next working day. All orders at weekends and bank holidays will be sent out the next available working day depending on postal service availability. 

Do we ship items internationally?

We will be rolling out global shipping soon. In the meantime, you can always contact us and make enquiries about any specific products and postage costs to your country.  

Do we have a physical store?

No. We are an online company and do not have a physical store for you to visit to view products. All our products are stored in a secure site away from our Office. 

Do we take offers on products shown on our site?

We don’t take offers on products shown on our site. However you can take up the frequent promotions that we run or enjoy the discounts through our Customer Loyalty Scheme.
